Confidentiality
All information provided by you to The More You Know Autism Services LTD will remain confidential within our service unless we believe there to be a significant risk of harm to you or other’s. Should we need to breach confidentiality for your or someone else’s imminent safety, when possible we will aim to discuss this with you, however further action may include (but is not limited to) calling emergency services on your behalf or contacting your local safeguarding team.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It protects anyone who may find themselves in a vulnerable position, risk of exploitation or harm. All staff at The More You Know Autism Services LTD have undertaken adult‘s safeguarding and children’s safeguarding training. If you yourself are worried about someone, you can contact your local safeguarding team. You will be able to find their details by searching your area and ”safeguarding.”
Abuse
The More You Know Autism Services Ltd has a zero tolerance policy on abuse from either clients or their family members. This includes physical, verbal or threatening behaviour. Any such behaviour will result in the removal of our services, and potential involvement of Law Enforcement.
GDPR/Data Protection

Cancellations
The More You Know Autism Services LTD operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend an appointment please email: hello@themoreyouknow.org.uk
Failure to adhere to this policy may cause delay in further appointments due to scheduling.
Deposits
A deposit of £250 is required for Diagnostic Assessments before the first consultation appointment.
Missed Appointments
Multiple missed appoints may result in The More You Know Autism Services LTD withdrawing their services without the reimbursement of any funds already paid.
