Information shared with The More You Know Autism Services Ltd will be treated confidentially. We will only share information where we have your consent, where there is a safeguarding concern, or where we are required to do so by law.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. All staff have completed appropriate safeguarding training. If we believe that a child, young person or adult may be at risk of harm, we may need to share information with relevant agencies in accordance with our safeguarding responsibilities.

The More You Know Autism Services Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour towards staff. This includes physical, verbal or written abuse. Such behaviour may result in services being withdrawn and, where appropriate, reported to the police.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@themoreyouknow.org.uk.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in delays to future appointments.

Assessment reports will not be drafted until the agreed payment has been received in full.
Any delay in payment may result in a delay to the completion and delivery of the report.
If you have concerns about payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

Repeated missed appointments may result in The More You Know Autism Services Ltd withdrawing services without reimbursement of fees already paid.
